Faith Martin, PhD

Chief Science Officer

Faith has a PhD in psychology, focusing on the conceptualisation and measurement of quality of life. She brings expertise in developing focused, valid, and reliable measures, based on psychological theory. With research roles over the last twenty years at a range of organisations, including University of Oxford and UNICEF, Faith has a broad ranging experience of applying psychology to real-world challenges. She has conducted projects focusing on the measurement of psychological constructs in the settings from UK and Greece to Thailand, Indonesia, and Uganda.
 
Faith also holds a second doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has over ten years experience in delivering interventions and developing services to improve people’s wellbeing. Her impactful research has led to implementation across the UK of interventions she has designed. She has expertise in behaviour change and the science of measurement. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a registered Health and Clinical psychologist in the UK.
